Story Behind RSP

RSP Sports Group started with a vision to build something that could make a lasting impact in the sports industry. Founded by Cody Coaker, the idea came from a lifelong passion for sports and the experiences, relationships, and lessons gained through being around athletes, coaches, and the game itself. Along the way, it became clear there was an opportunity to build something centered on more than what happens between the lines- a company founded on relationships, trust, hard work, and long-term vision. That vision became RSP, which stands for Root Strength and Prosperity. Every part of the name represents what the company was built on: staying rooted in your foundation, developing the strength to keep moving forward, and creating prosperity through preparation, purpose, and opportunity. What started as an idea is now becoming a growing company with a clear vision for the future. RSP is committed to building its foundation the right way, earning trust through its work, and creating something that can have a lasting impact on the athletes and people it serves.
